Document Description
The project consists of the subdivision of 102.4 acres into 15 residential lots ranging in size from 5.0 to 10.8 acres. The site is developed with a single family home. Individual water wells and and septic systems will be provided for each parcel. Access to the parcels will be provided by an internal private street system and driveways. The site is bisected (north to south) by a Browns Valley Irrigation Ditch. There is a mix of trees on the site including oak woodland.
