Document Description
The applicant is seeking a Conditional Use Permit, Variance, and Special Permit for the operation of a night shelter for a maximum of 20 adult men and women. The ~.57 acre site is currently developed with a single-family residence. The proposed project will require a remodel and addition to the present house and garage. A Variance is required to reduce the front yard setback from 50' to ~38'. The resulting facility will total ~3,400 sf with bedrooms, bathrooms, a living room and a kitchen area. The facility will be ADA compliant.
