Document Description
The proposed project would subdivide the existing undeveloped project site into 136 single-family residential lots ranging from approx. 7,000 to 7,500 sq. ft. in size. The project would develop 136 one- and two-story single-family detached homes. The average density of development would be approx. 3.6 dwelling units per gross development acre. The project also includes development of an approx. 1.69-acre park and associated landscaping, roadway, and utility improvements.
