Document Description
The proposed project includes annexation, prezoning, development agreement, tentative subdivision map, and construction of two subdivisions known as Evans Estates and Pillsbury Estates. In addition, development of Pillsbury Estates would also require a General Plan amendment to designate 16.4 acres of the project site as LDR (low-density residential) from MDR and HDR (medium- and high-density residential). The Evans Estates development proposes to subdivide 160 acres into 587 single-family lots. The Pillsbury Estates development would subdivide 80 acres into 276 lots, which includes 276 single-family residential lots.
