Document Description
The proposed project includes annexation, prezoning, development agreement, tentative subdivision map, and construction of two subdivisions known as Evans Estates and Pillsbury Estates. In addition, development of Pillsbury Estates would also require a General Plan amendment to designate 16.4 acres of the project site as LDR (low-density residential) from MDR and HDR (medium- and high-density residential). The Evans Estates development proposes to subdivide 160 acres into 586 single-family lots and removal of two existing single-family homes. The Pillsbury Estates development proposes to subdivide 80 acres into 275 lots, which includes 274 new units and preservation of one existing home.
