This application is vested and was deemed complete on December 1, 2006. In compliance with the Stanislaus County Subdivision Ordinance, Chapter 20.13, and with California Government Code Section 66474.2, and development occurring within two years of the recording of the parcel map shall be in substantial compliance with the ordinances, policies, and standards in effect at the time the application for the parcel map was deemed complete. All mitigation measures and conditions of approval applied to this project shall be held to the vested standard during the vested period unless otherwise specified.
