The proposed project consists of two reaches located on the Sacramento Bypass levee and Sacramento River west levee in the northern portion of the City of West Sacramento. The reaches have been named based on geographic location. The reach located on the Sacramento Bypass levee is called the CHP Academy site and the reach on the Sacramento River is called the I Street Bridge - South (I Street Bridge) site.
