Document Description
To address under- and through-seepage concerns at two sites along the Sacramento Bypass levee and Sacramento River in the City, two treatments are being proposed. These treatments consist of seepage cutoff wall and relief well construction. Seepage cutoff wall construction is proposed at CHP Academy site (along the left bank of the Sacramento River). The goal of the project is to complete the treatment construction at the two sites in 2008. However, construction may extend over two seasons into 2009. Phase II would run from June through October 2008 and Phase II would run from June through October 2009.
