Document Description
The proposed project consists of the acquisition of property, construction, and operation of the Glenoaks Fire Station. The Glenoaks Fire Station will be analyzed and constructed as a Heavy Urban Fire Station. Heavy Urban Fire Stations are typically staffed by 16 people and have approximately 8,000 sq ft of interior space which includes living areas, offices, a lobby, eight bedrooms, each of which can accommodate two people, restrooms, a dayroom, a dining area, kitchen facilities, and a gym or other area to exercise.
