Document Description
Construction of a 145-foot long single span pedestrian bridge over the Warner Channel in Bolsa Chica Ecological Reserve, just east of the existing interpretive trailer and parking lot on the south side of Warner Avenue. Footings of approximately 14 feet by 7.5 feet will be set 2 feet below grade and 8 feet from channel banks. A prefabricated bridge will placed on the footings and access ramps constructed. Total area of impact approximately 0.98 acres of which only 0.017 will be permanently impacted.
