Document Description
The proposed subdivision would create 23 residential lots ranging from a minimum area of 20,000 sf to ~1.9 acres. The approximately 12 acres encompassing the upper slopes of the sites are to be preserved in an open space lot and the natural drainage course along the south site boundary is also preserved. The project would realign the Morton Rd./ Gernert Rd. interface to create a new T-intersection at Gernert Rd.
