- The General Plan designation and zoning are Residential 2 and Hillside Residential. The proposed project is consistent with the existing designation and zone.
- Document Description
- The proposed project consists of the subdivision of approximately 33 acres in the Residential 2 (maximum 2 dwelling units per acre) and Hillside Residential land use districts. The subdivision design proposes creation of 23 residential lots ranging from a minimum area of 20,000 square feet to approximately 1.9 acres. The approximately 12 acres encompassing the upper slopes of the site are to be preserved in an open space lot and the natural drainage course along the south site boundary is also preserved. The project would realign the Morton Road/Gernert Road interface to create a new T-intersection at Gernert Road. Project improvements also include a water quality basin, a debris basin, and reestablishment of a drainage culvert under Morton Road.
