Document Description
Establishment of a Quiet Zone with implementation of associated safety improvements in accordance with the standards set by the Federal Railroad Administration. The Quiet Zone would allow train engineers to refrain from sounding their warning horns at four crossings to decrease noise levels for the nearby community.
