Document Description
The project is located adjacent to and south of the City of Tulare, in western Tulare County, south of Bardsely Ave, between Pratt Street and South I Street, and north and ~458 acres from the County into the Tulare City limits. The proposed area will be divided into 123 acres of Light industrial (M-1), 259 acres of Heavy Industrial (M-2) and 76 acres of Urban and Suburban Residential. Both Heavy and Light Industrial Districts provide locations for industrial activities; protect industrial areas from the intrusion of incompatible types of land uses; adhere to performance standards provided for the protection of City of Tulare residents and the environment, and provide industrial employment opportunities for residents of the City of Tulare.
