The Specific Plan Project consists of approximately 458 acres located southwest of the City of Tulare just outside the City Limits. This area is bounded by Bardsley Avenue on the north, UPRR Railroad Mainline on the east, Pratt Street on the west and a east-west running line located approximately a half-mile south of Paige Avenue. The project includes the annexation of the approximately 458 acres from County into the Tulare City limits.
