Document Description
CDFG is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (SAA #1600-2008-0116-R6) pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, CalTrans, represented by Mr. Craig Wentworth, 464 W. 4th Street, 6th Floor, MS 822, City of San Bernardino, State of California, 92401-1400, PH: 909-383-6494. The applicant is proposing to remove existing pipe culvert at the north end of the project site and replace with two (2) pipe culverts, to construct concrete headwall and rock slope protection at the inlet and outlet of the pipe culverts, to construct bank stabilization such as rip-rap/retaining wall/gabion.
