Document Description
The proposed project would establish a permanent surface connection to the Tijuana River, expand the functional floodplain to the south of the river and west of the Smuggler's Gulch Channel, and provide a system of multi-purpose trails connected to existing trail segments located throughout the Tijuana River Valley Regional Park, Tijuana Slough National Wildlife Refuge, and Border Field State Park.
