Document Description
The City of Banning Water/Wastewater Utilities Department is proposing to expand the existing City wastewater treatment plant from 3.6 to 5.1 million gallons per day (mgd) and construct a recycled water system. Facilities to be constructed would include recycled water pipelines, a pipeline to transport water to the expanded WWTP, and pumps, a skimmer and storage reservoirs. The proposed recycled water system would transport Title 22 treated recycled water from the expanded WWTP to the Sun Lakes community.
