- The project includes demolition of an existing 25,812 square foot private school facility (Saint Catherine of Sienna Catholic School) and construction of a new 39,754 square foot school facility, for an increase in floor area of 54%. The 6.5-acre site will continue to take access from Coast Highway/Cardinal Avenue and egress from the Saint Catherine's exit. Approximately 2.9 acres of the site will remain open space consisting of natural terrain and habitat. The project includes a fuel modification plan.
