The District proposes to construct and operate David G. Millen School for kindergarten through 8th grade, including special education, in west Palmdale, needed to accommodate growth in student enrollment from on-going residential development in the vicinity. The school will accommodate ~1,100 students and 50 staff and will operate on a typical schedule from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm. After school activities and special events will also be held at the campus from time to time.
