Neighborhood Use Permit (NUP) to construct, operate and maintain an unmanned, wireless communication facility on the upper sports field at Black Mountain Middle School. The facility would consist of three sectors of four antennas each for a total of 12 directional panel antennas mounted to an existing 44'-0'' high Verizon faux monopine. Associated equipment would be located in an approximately 9'-0'' high equipment enclosure in an approximately 12'-0'' by 20'-0'' lease area located on the east side of the existing Verizon monopine.
