Document Description
General Plan Amendment, Rezone and Tentative Map for a residential subdivision in the Valle de Oro Community Planning Area. The project consists of 36 residential lots with a minimum lot size of 0.5 acres on a 27.26 acre site. The proposed General Plan Amendment would amend the land use designation from (19) Intensive Agriculture to (3) Residential. The proposed rezone would change the zoning from A72 (General Agriculture) to RR2 (Rural Residential-2 du/acre).
