The California Tahoe Conservancy has approved the allocation and assignment of up to 46,130 sf of restoration credit and transfer of up to 7,686 sf of land coverage rights from Conservancy-owned land to the Caltrans State Route 89 Erosion Control and Stormwater Treatment Project (Riverside Portion) where the landowner will construct water quality treatment improvements such as collection vaults, bio-swales and infiltration basins.
