Reasons for Exemption
This is to advise that the CA Dept. of Public Health signed the regulation package on October 22, 2007 and submitted it to the Office of Administrative Law on October 29, 2007. The Dept. has determined that the project is exempt from CEQA and further finds that the adoption of the subject regulations does not fall within any exception to categorically exempt projects.
