The Metropolitan Water District of Southern California proposes to install and operate an emregency generator at the Perris Power Plant. The existing emergency generator is over 30 years old and requires replacement. The generator is needed to provide an emergency power source to support the power plant, pumpback and pressure control structure facilities.
