Document Description
The Department of General Serivces/Real Estate Services Division (DGS/RESD) intends to approve a request for a right-of-entry permit to the EXPO Construction Authority (ECA). The right-of-entry permit would allow ECA to access State property for the purpose of constructing public improvements associated with the Los Angeles Light Rail Project. The public improvements consist of installation of traffic signals, street lights and ramps and pavement.
