The land consists of Santa Cruz County Assessor Parcel numbers 004-301-05, -09, -10, -11, -13, -14; 04-292-04; 004-302-04 and -05. The City of Santa Cruz currently operates under an Operating Agreement with the State to manage this property, and the Operating Agreement expires 11/15/2007.
