The project consists of converting a private school to a charter school on a 2.7 acre site located at 22280 Devonshire Street in Chatsworth, California. The private school had a current Conditional Use Permit approved by the Los Angeles Zoning Administration, valid through the year 2010, and which remains in effect as long as the current use does not change. The use of the site as a charter school well be similar to the private school, and does not change the use of the site, including the number of students on site.
