Document Description
The restoration, reconstruction, and rehabilitation of four segments of the historic Kelsey Trail in the vicinity of the South Fork of the Smith River. The project includes the construction of two trail head sites on previously disturbed land and the siting of a vault toliet at each trailhead. The project is a cooperative project of the Six Rivers National Forest, Redwood National and State Parks, and the County of Del Norte.
