The project involves bank stabilization activities on Maxwell Creek, tributary to Pope Creek, tributary to Lake Berryessa. An existing chronic slide is located on the west bank of Maxwell Creek and may be contributing to erosion along the east bank adjacent to an equipment staging area. In addition, a large oak is located along the top of east bank and is in the existing fallen oak on the opposite bank.
