The project will involve bank restoration on the north bank of Sulphur Creek, tributary to the Napa River on Meadowcreek Circle at Starr Avenue. Emergency work was completed during the winter of 2005-2006 to temporarily stabilize the streambank using large rock along ~70 feet of eroded bank.
