Document Description
The California Army National Guard in conjunction with the Morro Bay National Estuary Program and the San Luis Coastal Resource Conservation District proposes several CSLO cattle lease improvements including riparian fencing and off-creek stock water development. The purpose of the project is to improve distribution of water, increase the quantity and improve the quality of water for livestock, wildlife, or other uses, and prevent future land degradation from overgrazing.
