Document Description
Placement of a temporary protective blanket of concrete matting over an ~30 foot long section of an exposed sewer pipe on the bank of Donner Creek using an excavator. The blanket is intended to protect the pipeline from potential rupture from impacts of debris washing down the creek or falling down the adjacent hillside. This measure is considered temporary until a permanent relocation of the pipeline in conjunction with a highway improvement project can occur.
