Document Description
Caltrans proposes to overlay existing pavement with Rubberized Asphalt Concrete pavement and replace AC Surfacing on Route 299. The existing pavement of this "Intermountain Gap" capital maintenance project shows signs of deterioration, including alligator cracking. Localized areas of distressed pavement will be replaced with digouts. Shoulder backing will be placed along new edge of pavement to support AC paving.
