Document Description
The amendments to the solvent cleaning portion of the 11 District rules will apply to solvent cleaning operations at stationary sources. The purpose of amending these rules is to limit volatile organic compound emissions through limiting the VOC content of solvents used for cleaning. Solvent cleaning operations located within the boundaries of the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District.
