As stipulated in Class 4, this project consists of minor private alterations in the condition of land which do not involve removal of mature, scenic trees. On the contrary, this project includes the installation of landscaping, as well as an undulating berm. The landscaped berm as proposed will blend with the character of the existing rolling terrain of the area.
