Reedley College's Sequoia Residence Hall will be replaced with a new residence hall. The existing residence hall has capacity for 100 men and 100 women. The capacity for the new hall will be slightly less. The new hall will be constructed adjaecnt to the existing hall, and the existing hall will be removed when construction of the new hall is completed.
