Document Description
Installation of a water treatment plant to replace the existing treatment plant that was severely damaged in the 1994 Northbridge Earthquake. The project will reduce the hardness in the local groundwater pumped from 2 existing District wells in the Gilibrand Basin to produce up to 1 million gallons per day of potable water supply for its water customers. The project will improve the District's water supply reliability by increasing its water storage and reducing its reliance on imported water supplies purchased from the Calleguas Municipal Water District.
