Document Description
Construction of a new driveway. Included in this project is the placement of an 18" culvert, ~100 feet long, where the driveway crosses an unnamed tributary to Mark West Creek. Approx. 500 cubic yards of compacted fill will be placed over the culvert. Issuance of a Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2007-0204-3 is pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1602.
