Document Description
The Operator proposes to alter the streambed and banks through the implementation of the Pioneer Restoration Project. The project proposes the removal of existing non-native/invasive and weedy plants with the channel and adjacent uplands and restoring the area with native vegetation. In summer/fall these plants and trees will be removed by hand with chain saws and loppers, lpants and branches will be chipped outside of the creek area and hauled away in a prooper manner.
