The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2014-0257-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Steve Bobzien/East Bay Regional Park District. The project is limited to the enhancement of three man-made stock ponds, four multi-use connector trails, development of a loop trail with a ford crossing, and construction of a 60 vehicle parking lot.
