Construction of a staging area at the Morrison Canyon Staging Unit of Vargas Plateau Regional Park in the City of Fremont. The District proposes to construct an entrance from Morrison Canyon Road, a 25-car gravel parking lot and a wheelchair-accessible path connecting the parking area with the Ridge Trail (an existing fire road, and to install a restroom, picnic benches, cattle fencing and other site amenities.
