Document Description
The southern 3.2 acres of the project site is currently developed with a three-story, 47,000 square foot commercial office building, a two-story 31,200 square foot commercial office building, and a surface parking lot. The northern 4.1 acres of the project site is currently developed with two (2) two-story commercial office buildings. Each building is approximately 30,650 square feet and both are surrounded by surface parking. All of the buildings on the project site are currently vacant. On the southern portion of the project site, the project proposes to remove the existing buildings and construct 276 multi-family residential units. The apartment building will be four (4) stories tall on a podium, with a maximum height of approximately 50-55 feet (including decorative architecture features) above the finished grade and will be comprised of studio, one-bedroom, and two bedroom units. The building will include two (2) internal courtyards, one with a swimming pool and spa. Two (2) levels of parking will be provided under the building.
