Document Description
An EIR was prepared and circulated in May 2010 for public review of the project. The NOD for the EIR was previously filed on March 11, 2011. The Technical Addendum addresses a minor adjustment to the project that occurred since the NOD was filed. The minor adjustment is relocating a utility line (running parallel to the project site) outside the levee maintenance zone, which is required to be free of utilities. The Addendum addresses the impacts of the relocation.
