Document Description
The purpose of the project is to amend the existing Redevelopment Plan for the Shasta Dam Area Redevelopment Project, adopted on July 11, 1989. The Original Area encompasses 2,458 acres; the Amendment adds 746 acres to the Project Area. In addition, the Amendment extends time limits and increases financial limits to ensure the Redevelopment Agency has sufficient time to continue its planned work for the Amended Project Area and enable the Agency to maximize its use of redevelopment funds.
