This proposed project involves the construction of a pathway along the undeveloped portions of the public right-of-way of Dutton Avenue. The proposed pathway comprises two segments. The first segment is north of the Storage Master Self-Storage facility and the other segment is south of the storage facility. The north segment is approximately 872 feet long and 4 feet wide while the south segment is approximately 222 feet long and 7 feet wide. The total area impacted by the construction of the Project is 5,046 s.f. or .12 acres.
