On December 6, 2007, SCOE approved the Community School project on Dutton Avenue in the City of Santa Rosa (APN 134-072-016 and 019). On May 5, 2011, SCOE modified the project by deleting mitigation measure TT1 (mid block crosswalk) and by approving a pedestrian pathway along the north side of Dutton Avenue from the school to Bellevue Avenue.
