The Project is part of a residential development on approximately 111 acres of the 428-acre Patterson Ranch Property and is limited to construction of two permanent bridges, one temporary bridge, one storm water outfall, modifications to an existing wing wall and removal of one existing railcar bridge. The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2014-0203-3 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the Project Applicant, Ray Panek/KB Homes-Bay Area.
