Document Description
The project proposes developing about 6.5 acres of a 9.2 acre site, located north of the Auburn Crossroads Shopping Center, into a self storage facility consisting of approximately 130,000 sq. ft. of storage in 10 buildings, a 3,000 sq. ft. office and a 2,100 sq. ft. manager's residence. The remaining 2.7 acres of the site, west of the proposed facility, are proposed for future commercial/office development.
