Document Description
The Project is a 3.0-mile roadway project that would provide improved east-east access, between I-880 on the west and Mission Boulevard on the east, by widening existing roadways (1.7 miles along Decoto Road and Paseo Padre Parkway) and constructing a new roadway (1.3 miles from Paseo Padre Parkway to Mission Boulevard). The proposed project would also provide bike corridor from just east of I-880 to Mission Boulevard and a stormwater diversion pipeline along a portion of the new roadway to provide needed storwater capacity.
